Unique Neighborhood
Marshes of Meadow Woods neighborhood is a truly unique neighborhood, combining a convenient location with proximity to wildlife areas, open space, wetlands, and the Hennepin County trail system.
The founding documents of the Marshes of Meadow Woods recognize that this is a special and unique neighborhood, and indicate that homes in the neighborhood shall exhibit more architectural merit, continuity, and distinction than are found in conventional single family residential developments.
The development plans for the neighborhood require approval of architectural plans by both the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) of the Marshes of Meadow Woods homeowners’ association and the City Planners’ office of the City of Minnetonka. The restrictive covenants guiding architectural design and construction are outlined here.
